So, just going to note this for anyone considering this one. The translation isn’t MTL levels of bad, although it does have a few random “lol xD” TL notes throughout.
Towards the end, it looks like they switched translators or editors and the quality goes down a little again. It’s not unreadable or anything, but they do insert character names in brackets after every piece of dialogue and there will be random lines from a cookbook thrown in. That’s not a joke and given the randomness of its appearances, I don’t think this is some JP specific joke either.
It looks like the second translator is also handling volume 2, so I guess just ask yourself how desperate you are for generic isekai.
